Optimize AE f4v file and swf

loading with swf
It is ok but want to do 2 things
1. Show a graphic that says movie loading (or something similar) we don’t want a preloader that preloads it 100%) Problem is that now it just shows blank until loads (about 10 seconds on normal conection) and this looks bad
2. Would like to optimize aftereffects f4v file and have similar file size with higher quality.
In conclusion we aren’t looking to change anything about aftereffects file but have it display something like loading but not actually preload whole file as that could take 1 minute and goal is to load part of file as quickly as possible and 2 to better optimize file.
Please read this before bidding so there is no confusion on project start. This should be super easy for aftereffects flash video expert.
