create animated gif within 24h
this is a time sensitive task, DO NOT BID if you cannot do it on time. this project must be 100% completed within 24h from bid accepted. we will pick winner within 3 hours of this post.
read requirements attached. this task must be completed using photoshop only and no other program other than photoshop. final delivery file is PSD with all layers plus the animated gif file as described.
note: this project was reposted since the previous bidder completely failed to deliver anything. kept saying that it will be ready in few hours and nothing was delivered even after 1,5 days after deadline. now we are in pressure and need this to get done within 24 hours including any feedbacks.
