Need the quickest, best, most cost effective way to get targeted traffic to my website. Can not use seo methods as the website is set up and can’t be changed. I’m thinking, posts in forums, blogs, facebook, myspace, craigslist, backpage, emails, etc… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Bulk Marketing, Craigslist, Facebook, Forum Posting, Leads)
