Mouse Overlay to Extended Desktops by Coat
I need an overlay of a mouse that can access extended desktops with out minimizing other programs. I need this to work with Open GL, DirectX9, and if possible DirectX10. I want to be able to work on my extended desktop with out it minimizing my games… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: C/C++)
