Magento 1.3.2.1 Small Bug Fix Required by LeeG

Working on a Magento 1.3.2.1 website for a client and need a small bug fix for this error: Value of attribute "url_path" must be unique When trying to change a product description. It is a known bug and the fix appears to be a small change in the MSQL database… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Magento, PHP, Shopping Carts, SQL)
